For trading companies and overseas bathroom brands, choosing a factory for faucet OEM manufacturing involves more than product quality and procurement costs. Consistency between production batches also matters. Customers need to know whether a factory can maintain stable operations and fulfill its commitments over the long term.
Since its establishment in 2013, YOROOW has operated in Nan’an, Fujian Province, China. For 13 years, the company has focused on manufacturing faucets and bathroom hardware for trading companies and overseas brands. Its experience covers product specification confirmation, machining, assembly, testing, and branded packaging.
Throughout its operations, YOROOW has received an A-level tax credit rating for five consecutive years. The company was also included in the 2025 Major Taxpayer List of Shengxin Town, Nan’an City, Fujian Province. These honors reflect its tax compliance and contribution to local tax revenue. They also provide customers with a concrete reference for understanding the factory’s business foundation.
1. Five Consecutive Years of A-Level Tax Credit Ratings: Building Long-Term Business Credibility
Corporate credibility develops through the consistent fulfillment of responsibilities in daily business operations.
According to the tax payment credit management regulations published by China’s State Taxation Administration, credit evaluations assess how taxpayers and fee payers fulfill their obligations. Grade A represents the highest credit rating.
YOROOW has received an A-level tax credit rating for five consecutive years. This record reflects the company’s continued tax compliance during the corresponding evaluation years.
For a manufacturing factory, production, procurement, delivery, and financial management are closely connected. Proper tax filing and payment in accordance with the law are fundamental responsibilities of long-term business operations.
Five consecutive years of A-level ratings represent a tangible result of YOROOW’s long-term commitment to corporate credibility. For trading companies and overseas brands that value long-term cooperation, this record offers a reference for evaluating a supplier’s operational compliance.
2. Inclusion in the 2025 Major Taxpayer List
In addition to its five consecutive A-level tax credit ratings, YOROOW received recognition as a major taxpayer.
Under its registered company name, Nan’an Youlai Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd., YOROOW was included in the 2025 Major Taxpayer List of Shengxin Town, Nan’an City, Fujian Province.
These two honors reflect different aspects of business performance.
The A-level tax credit rating focuses on a company’s fulfillment of its tax obligations. Major taxpayer recognition reflects its contribution to local tax revenue during a specific year.
As a long-established manufacturer in Nan’an, YOROOW participates in both the local industrial supply chain and the regional economy. The company continues to serve international customers, organize production, and fulfill orders while meeting its tax obligations in accordance with the law.
For YOROOW, these corporate honors record years of business operations. They also reinforce the importance of maintaining sound management practices in daily activities.

3. 13 Years of Faucet OEM Manufacturing: Understanding Overseas Brand Requirements
YOROOW is a faucet and bathroom hardware factory specializing in export OEM manufacturing.
For the past 13 years, the company has mainly provided manufacturing support to trading companies and overseas brands. Its product range includes kitchen faucets, basin faucets, shower systems, angle valves, and related accessories.
Years of working with these customers have helped YOROOW develop a clearer understanding of the manufacturing requirements behind branded products.
Customers need clearly defined materials and product configurations. They also expect consistent surface finishes, installation specifications that match their orders, and reliable consistency between approved samples and mass-produced products.
These requirements make it necessary to manage OEM manufacturing throughout the order process.
Before production begins, the factory needs to confirm product structures, materials, cartridges, finishes, and installation connections.
During manufacturing, machining and assembly must follow the confirmed requirements. Before delivery, the factory must complete testing and verify logos, packaging, and related order information.
Based on customer-approved specifications, YOROOW arranges CNC machining, polishing, surface treatment, assembly, and finished-product inspection. The company also handles brand customization requirements, including laser logos and packaging.
After 13 years of faucet OEM manufacturing, YOROOW continues to focus on a practical question that directly affects long-term cooperation:
How can a factory consistently translate customer-approved requirements into every batch of products it delivers?
4. A Guangdong Native’s Commitment to Quality Combined with Nan’an’s Industrial Advantages
YOROOW’s founder, Lin Bingzhao, comes from Guangdong Province.
Throughout his years of managing the factory, he has incorporated his commitment to quality into production management. He places importance on materials, machining, assembly, and testing.
His goal is to ensure that products can withstand customer inspection and the demands of continued use.
This quality philosophy requires specific production standards.
The factory must clearly define which materials to use, how components should fit together, and how to inspect surface treatments. It must also establish requirements for checking sealing performance after assembly.
At the same time, YOROOW has established its manufacturing operations in Nan’an, drawing on the area’s well-developed plumbing and sanitary ware industry.
Nan’an has an industrial supply chain that covers research and development, manufacturing, transportation, packaging, and related services.
The concentration of material suppliers, component processing facilities, and supporting services helps factories coordinate production. It also provides more options for selecting suitable resources and managing overall manufacturing costs.
YOROOW combines its founder’s quality requirements with the advantages of Nan’an’s industrial supply chain.
While meeting customer-approved material, performance, and quality requirements, the company seeks a better balance between quality and cost. It does so through appropriate product selection, manufacturing process planning, and supply chain coordination.
This balance must be reflected in every product and every order.
Product configurations should suit the target market. Manufacturing processes should remain stable, procurement costs should be reasonable, and repeat orders should follow clearly defined execution requirements.
5. Standardizing Production and Delivery Procedures for Overseas Faucet Brands
As YOROOW has gained more experience in export OEM manufacturing, the company has continued developing standardized production and delivery procedures for overseas faucet brands.
These procedures follow customer-approved product specifications and cover requirements confirmation, sample approval, mass production, quality inspection, and branded packaging.
The objective is to document customer requirements clearly, establish consistent production guidelines, and define specific standards for product acceptance.
Requirements Confirmation: Defining Product and Target Market Requirements
At the beginning of an order, YOROOW confirms product applications, materials, cartridge configurations, surface treatments, installation dimensions, connection specifications, and packaging methods.
If the target market has specific access requirements, certifications, or testing requirements, the relevant scope and responsibilities should also be clarified at this stage.
Sample Approval: Establishing a Reference for Mass Production
Approved samples serve as references for subsequent production and inspection.
The factory matches these samples with product specifications, appearance requirements, brand markings, and other relevant information.
If customers request adjustments, the corresponding production requirements should also be updated.
Production Execution: Applying Requirements Across Manufacturing Processes
Production involves component machining, polishing, surface treatment, assembly, and other manufacturing processes.
During these stages, YOROOW focuses on dimensional fit, appearance consistency, and assembly quality.
Clear production requirements help reduce the impact of information transfer discrepancies on finished products.
Finished-Product Inspection: Checking Quality Against Product Requirements
After assembly, products undergo air pressure, water pressure, and related inspections according to applicable product and order requirements.
These checks focus on connection points, sealing performance, and potential leakage.
If a target market requires additional testing, the factory arranges the relevant procedures according to the agreed requirements.
Branded Delivery: Verifying Logos, Packaging, and Order Information
Branded delivery involves more than the finished faucet itself.
YOROOW includes laser logos, packaging designs, product labels, and packing requirements in its delivery verification process.
These checks help maintain consistency between the products and their branded presentation.
Continuous Improvement: Applying Feedback to Future Production
Production inspections, quality issues, and customer feedback provide references for improving manufacturing procedures.
YOROOW uses this information to refine execution requirements and establish clearer production references for subsequent orders and repeat purchases.
By connecting these processes, YOROOW aims to translate customer brand requirements into manufacturing requirements that can be implemented, inspected, and continuously improved.
This approach helps establish a stronger foundation for long-term supply.
6. Integrating Quality Management into Daily Faucet Production
The value of production procedures ultimately depends on how factories implement them in daily manufacturing.
YOROOW operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The company also conducts quality checks and finished-product inspections throughout production.
Different faucet structures, specifications, and configurations require corresponding assembly and inspection procedures. YOROOW arranges these activities according to the requirements of each order.
Faucet quality depends on several interconnected factors.
Appearance and surface finishes affect product presentation. Component fit and cartridge installation influence operation and user experience. Connection and sealing performance directly affect whether a faucet functions properly.
In addition to routine inspections, YOROOW holds a monthly Super Quality Inspection Day.
During this inspection day, the team reviews product quality and issues identified during production. It also follows up on the actions needed to address these problems.
From the founder’s quality philosophy to specific requirements at each production stage, YOROOW continues to integrate quality management into its manufacturing operations.
Routine inspections, problem resolution, and continuous improvement all form part of this approach.
7. Supporting Long-Term Cooperation Through Compliant Operations and Stable Manufacturing
Five consecutive years of A-level tax credit ratings and recognition as a major taxpayer in Shengxin Town in 2025 represent two concrete achievements in YOROOW’s business history.
Behind these achievements are 13 years of continuous export OEM manufacturing operations.
Over this period, YOROOW has accumulated experience in production organization, quality management, and manufacturing support for overseas customers.
Looking ahead, the company will continue to uphold founder Lin Bingzhao’s commitment to quality as a guiding business philosophy.
Drawing on Nan’an’s established industrial supply chain, YOROOW will continue improving its production and delivery procedures for overseas faucet brands.
The company will also continue seeking a better balance between quality, cost, and delivery requirements, providing trading companies and overseas brands with stable and practical manufacturing support.
