Installatiestappen voor 6000PSI hoekontlastklep<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voordat u een hoekontlastklep van 6000PSI installeert, moet u de volgende gereedschappen en materialen voorbereiden:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>6000PSI hoekontlastklep<\/li>\n<li>Verstelbare moersleutel of pijptang<\/li>\n<li>Afdichtingslijm onder hoge druk of teflon tape<\/li>\n<li>Industri\u00eble pijpfittingen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>(1) Het pijpleidingsysteem drukloos maken<\/strong> Zorg er v\u00f3\u00f3r de installatie voor dat het pijpleidingsysteem volledig drukloos is en sluit alle relevante kleppen om ongelukken tijdens de installatie te voorkomen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(2) Inspecteer de pijpaansluiting<\/strong> Reinig de buisinterface en zorg ervoor dat deze vrij is van vuil of beschadigingen. Gebruik indien nodig een speciaal reinigingsmiddel of schuurpapier om de afdichting beter te laten werken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(3) Afdichtingsmateriaal aanbrengen<\/strong> Wikkel 8-10 slagen teflontape gelijkmatig rond de schroefdraadaansluiting van de 6000PSI hoekontlastklep of breng hoge druk afdichtingslijm aan om een goede afdichting onder hoge druk te garanderen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(4) Installeer de hoekontlastklep van 6000PSI<\/strong> Gebruik een verstelbare sleutel of pijpsleutel om de 6000PSI hoekontlastklep met de klok mee in de pijpinterface te schroeven. Vermijd overmatige kracht om beschadiging van de schroefdraad te voorkomen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(5) De afdichting testen<\/strong> Herstel na de installatie geleidelijk de pijpleidingdruk en controleer op lekkage bij de klepinterface.
