Vorbereitung<\/h5>\n<p>Vor dem Einbau des PPR-Kunststoff-Eckventils m\u00fcssen Sie die folgenden Werkzeuge und Materialien vorbereiten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PPR-Kunststoff-Eckventil<\/li>\n<li>PPR-W\u00e4rmeschmelzger\u00e4t<\/li>\n<li>PPR-Rohre<\/li>\n<li>Rohrabschneider<\/li>\n<li>Reinigungstuch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>2. Schneiden des Rohres<\/h5>\n<p>Schneiden Sie das PPR-Rohr mit einem Rohrschneider auf die gew\u00fcnschte L\u00e4nge zu und achten Sie dabei auf einen glatten und gratfreien Schnitt. Wischen Sie das abgeschnittene Rohr nach dem Schneiden mit einem Reinigungstuch ab, um Staub und Verunreinigungen zu entfernen.<\/p>\n<h5>3. W\u00e4rmeschmelzschwei\u00dfen<\/h5>\n<p>Heizen Sie das PPR-W\u00e4rmeschmelzger\u00e4t auf die entsprechende Temperatur vor (in der Regel etwa 260 \u00b0C). Das PPR-Rohr und die PPR-Kunststoff-Eckventilschnittstelle gleichzeitig in den Heizkopf des Heizschwei\u00dfger\u00e4ts einf\u00fchren und einige Sekunden lang erhitzen, bis die Oberfl\u00e4chen von Rohr und Ventilschnittstelle zu schmelzen beginnen.<\/p>\n<h5>4. Anschluss des Rohrs und des Ventils<\/h5>\n<p>F\u00fchren Sie das beheizte PPR-Rohr schnell in die Schnittstelle der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoroow.com\/de\/produktkategorie\/eckventil-2\/\">PPR-Kunststoff-Eckventil<\/a>Halten Sie den Druck einige Sekunden lang aufrecht, um eine gute Verschmelzung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
